Hotwire’s budget travel brand.

Whilst working as a Senior Designer at MetaDesign in San Francisco, I supported Hotwire in developing a brand identity for a new budget-friendly travel sub-brand.

From naming through to concept and design, the goal was to create something approachable and intuitive, without leaning on typical budget brand tropes. The resulting identity combined simple iconography and illustration with a bright, user-friendly interface that prioritised clarity and ease of use.

The Wimsee brand delivered a straightforward, no-fuss travel experience — all while maintaining a polished and confident visual presence.
