adidas Creator Box
Developed as an experimental test to see how we could leverage live events to seed meaningful brand ephemera and memorable multi-media experiences to adidas fans. Our team personally designed and built 100 of these boxes as part of an augmented reality treasure hunt within an adidas street basketball tournament in Los Angeles. Participants who successfully completed the hunt were gifted with a creator box that featured an augmented reality thank you message along with a limited-edition poster (also AR activated) a sticker pack, sneaker keychain and a mixed tape with unreleased tracks from affiliated hip hop artists. The result was a massive boost to the event social mentions and an opportunity to test out the possibilities of digital gamification within live events.
