As Design Director within the adidas Global Brand team, I placed strong emphasis on sharing our work more widely across the organisation.
By developing and issuing an annual creative summary, we were able to open up meaningful conversations throughout the business. It became a valuable tool for building visibility, forging new partnerships, and deepening understanding of both our process and the impact of the work.
