While working as a Senior Designer at MetaDesign in San Francisco, I was part of the team tasked with launching a new cloud-based storage company from the ground up.

We developed both the parent brand and the identity for its first product in parallel, shaping everything from naming through to design and implementation. Rather than relying on the expected sky-based metaphors so common in the category, we took inspiration from the depth and vastness of the ocean — a more grounded and expansive reference point.

The result was a brand system that felt distinctive and flexible, offering a strong foundation for future products to be introduced under a unified and scalable visual framework.
